JILL GREENE
WITH A LIFELONG PASSION FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS, JILL ENTERED THE FITNESS INDUSTRY IN 2017 TO HELP EDUCATE AND EMPOWER OTHERS TO BECOME EVEN STRONGER VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES. WITH AN EMPHASIS ON TEACHING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF PROPER EXERCISE TECHNIQUE, JILL AIMS TO SET HER CLIENTS UP FOR A LIFETIME OF SAFE AND EFFECTIVE EXERCISE IN ORDER TO YIELD RESULTS AND PREVENT INJURY. JILL OPENED PWR STUDIO WITH THE INTENTION OF CREATING A SPACE WHERE EVERYONE FEELS WELCOME TO PURSUE THEIR GOALS, AND TO MAKE THE PROCESS ENJOYABLE ALONG THE WAY!

ADELADE’S PASSION FOR SPORTS AND FITNESS BEGAN AT A YOUNG AGE; PLAYING HOCKEY, SOFTBALL, AND COMPETING IN TRACK AND FIELD. AFTER EXPERIENCING THE BENEFITS OF EXERCISE AND PROPER NUTRITION WHILE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING HER OWN FITNESS CHALLENGE IN 2017, ADELADE DECIDED TO BECOME AN ACE CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER AND GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR IN ORDER TO SHARE HER PASSION WITH OTHERS. ADELADE TAKES A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO FITNESS, AND ENCOURAGES HER CLIENTS TO FOCUS ON HOW IT MAKES THEM FEEL. SHE BELIEVES FITNESS IS SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A WORKOUT; IT’S ABOUT BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND TRUST IN YOURSELF, WHILE EXPERIENCING IMPROVEMENTS IN ENERGY AS WELL AS PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING.
